Connect! For Point is specifically designed to easily transfer data from Calyx Point into CONTACT! 3.0 or any other ACT! 6.0 compatible database. CONNECT! comes with pre-built file and report templates for CONTACT! 3.0 databases. This allows the user to either import files one at a time or do a mass import of all of your data. CONNECT! allows the user to further modify the maps to fit their needs, or create an unlimited number of new maps for any CONTACT! 3.0 or ACT! 6.0 databases.

With just a few steps, over 100 Point fields will be transferred to your CONTACT! database for use in all future marketing activities. This process can be repeated as often as desired; Connect! will locate the matching record in the database and update it with any new information from Point.

Calculations

CONNECT! includes many pre-defined calculation and formatting options to be used for formatting names and addresses, calculating PITI, and many other applications!

Multiple-File Export

CONNECT! uses the Point Report function to allow an unlimited number of Point files to imported at one time.

Write To File

Connect! provides the option to write the information to a data file rather than import it into a database. This is useful for sending Point reports to outside service providers while still taking advantage of all the advanced formatting calculations in Connect!.

Flexibility

The Point templates used by Connect! can be modified or entirely new templates can be created. For a small charge, assistance is available from LITS to prepare new templates or calculations that fit your exact needs, extending the value of Connect! in your organization.
